Nominations and the Hay Writers at Work Initiative

My debut novel This Is Not Who We Are was recently nominated for the Rhys Davies Trust Fiction Award, and the Wales Book of the Year 2023. I also joined nine other authors from Wales as a Writer at Work, at the Hay Festival in early June. This amazing scheme funded by Literature Wales, the Welsh Arts Council and the Hay Festival gives ten authors from Wales the opportunity to spend a week at the festival, receiving talks from a wide array of inspiring authors and professionals from the industry.
